Returns

  1. To be eligible for a return:

  3. The item must be in the original packaging
  4. Proof of purchase is required

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products may not be eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
